Kyle City Manager Lanny Lambert has not officially tendered his resignation, yet, but plans are underway for his next leading position just outside of San Antonio.
“I’ve been offered the city manager position for the city of Converse, Texas. This is close to my wife and family, and it’s a good opportunity for me to move back home,” Lambert said Wednesday.
