Judge Linda Rodriguez is one of those public servants a community feels lucky to have. She has support from both Republicans and Democrats, which means she must be really fair! Some people think a judge wears a robe, goes to court for a little while and is off the rest of the day. Not Rodriguez, she is the only judge on call 24/7 for mental commitments. She has heard more DWI cases, guardianships and juvenile cases and probated more wills and estates that anyone else in Hays County. Last, she started a Veteran’s Court – making sure our veterans get the attention they have earned and deserve.
