The Grand Ole Gospel Sing 


Come enjoy this composition of singers and musicians from Central Texas as they present a night of toe-tapping, hand-clapping, and voice-raising gospel music at First Baptist Church, Kyle on Sunday, Aug. 24, 5:30 p.m.


This entourage of singers has been traveling around the state of Texas for the past eight years singing in churches and presenting gospel concerts.  It will be an evening of six different groups, including The Steel Magnolias, who have traveled throughout the United States and have been a mainstay of the Gospel Sing since its inception in 2006. 


The musical troupe hails from cities all over Central Texas consisting of musicians like Lee Festervan, soloist from San Marcos and Gone Fishin’ a duo from Kyle. 


The Steel Magnolias is a choreographed ladies group from San Marcos. 


There is no admission charge for the concert and the doors open at 5:00 p.m. First Baptist Church is located at 400 W. Center Street, Kyle, Texas 78640.

This class does not require registration and is for everyone 12 years and older. The class is every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Kyle Public Library.
