The Hays County Sheriff’s Office requests your assistance in providing and updating private gate code information for our Emergency Communications Division. This applies to all neighborhoods, residences, ranches, apartments and commercial properties with coded gate entries.
The Emergency Communications Division is responsible for 911 calls and all other calls for service for the Hays County Sheriff’s Office and numerous other fire and emergency services agencies.
Please contact the Emergency Communications Division at (512) 393-7896 and provide them with updated and current information. Also, please provide the current information to the Emergency Communications Division if the need arises the contact them for emergency services. All gate codes will remain secure with the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.
