Two teams from Carpenter Hill Elementary are on their way to the State Destination Imagination Tournament, which will be held April 13 in Katy. The “Chaotic Colts” and “Talent Team” swept their way to a First Place medal showing in the Destination Imagination Region Tournament at Dripping Springs recently. Hays CISD Gifted and Talented Lead Teacher LaTisha Cawley said Hays CISD sent 18 teams to the regional meet, representing five elementary schools that included Carpenter Hill, Elm Grove, Pfluger, Buda, and Tobias.
