The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality hosted a regional summit in Schertz Monday. State Senators Donna Campbell and Leticia Van de Putte were two of the featured speakers Monday morning at the 2013 Central Texas Environmental Summit “Collaboration along the Corridor” held at the Schertz Civic Center. The event featured exhibits on topics ranging from drought and oil and gas developments to the development of the Eagle Ford Shale and included a mobile monitoring station.
