Scott Allen Maxwell, 63, environmental consultant and owner of Maxwell Envirotech Inc., passed away at his home in Driftwood, on Friday, January 4, 2013. He was born on January 10, 1949 in Ft. Worth, Texas. He is survived by his wife, daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren; his father, brother, and sister. Services will be private.
