Honor and Remember Flag made official for ceremonial use

The 83rd Texas legislature passed a bill this past session recognizing the Honor and Remember Flag, designated to honor veterans and when a Texan loses his or her life while serving on active duty. State agencies, as well as the State Cemetery in Austin and veteran’s cemeteries will be required to fly the flag on certain holidays as part of the bill. Rep.
