Workers scrambled Friday morning to get bleachers set up, racing lanes striped and tents up for the event this weekend. In addition to all the festivities, the Buda Lions Club also has a special RV under the pavilion for testing of eyesight for children six months to 60 months old. Since eye sight and blindness are one area that the Lions Club across the nation focuses attention, the Buda club decided to bring in new technology to test infants to five-year-olds. The tests are free to anyone who brings their children to the RV trailer under the pavilion. Look for signs there.
