Memorial Day Red, White and Blue Crossfit Challenge

Participants in the Red, White and Blue Challenge at Crossfit Kyle on Monday spent the morning sweating. About 50 ‘fitters and community members came out to celebrate fallen veterans. Owner Bud Boehnke, a military vet, said he wanted to do something to honor those who died while serving. He opened the facility in 2011 after leaving the Air Force with an honorable medical discharge. Boehnke offers discounts for military personnel, first responders and students.
