Kyle Chamber’s Ambassador Bash
Kyle Ambassador’s B.A.S.H. (Business Advancement Social Hour) is a free networking opportunity for all members of the business community. This month, Stephanie Pool, owner of Elite BodyWorks in Kyle, hosts the event, featuring free food, free drinks, door prizes, live music and networking. Stop by between 6-8 p.m. July 4. Stick around the area to see the Kyle fireworks, which will be set off at dark from Plum Creek Golf Course.
Red, White and Buda
Enjoy a children’s parade down Main Street at 9 a.m., activities for children from 9-11 a.m. and a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. that night. The parade features decorative bikes, wagons, scooters, and strollers, and runs from the old Post Office building to Buda City Park. Activities include bounce houses, an obstacle course, slip-n-slide and a magician. Fireworks show is at Buda City Park.
Movie in the Park
The City of Kyle’s next Movie in the Park will be Madagascar 3 on July 12. Movies begin 30 minutes after sunset and are shown at Gregg-Clarke Park. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks.
