Suzy attended St. Gerald’s Catholic School. She received her LVN from San Antonio College, Vocational Nursing School and her BSN from Texas Christian University, Harris College of Nursing.
She is survived by Ron D. Brooks, husband; her children: Patricia Gregory, Theresa Mora and Pete Mora; grandchildren: Frankie McCumber, Jr, Tempestt N. DeBusk, Andrea R. Minor and Gregory J. Mora; great granddaughter: Ameliah Nelle DeBusk; her step-children: Jack Brooks, Martie Brooks Tolano and Bill Brooks, and the Knight children.
She was a member of Wimberley Christian Church and resided in Kyle. Following in the footsteps of her mother, she was a dedicated nurse and loved her work in Home Health.
She was a devoted wife and mother.
Memorial service was held Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 11:45 a.m. following the 10:00 a.m. church service at Wimberley Christian Church in Wimberley. She will be missed greatly by all.
