Cleveland’s Bar & Grill, which specializes in Cajun-style surf and turf, officially opened its doors with a grand opening celebration last week. Cleveland’s is located on 100 N. Main Street, where the old Buda Grocery used to be. The restaurant is owned and operated by James Rios, who recently opened Center Field sports bar in Kyle.
