Hays CISD offers two employee recognition programs
The Hays High Five Program allows anyone, co-worker, parent, student or community member, to recognize staff for outstanding customer service. Printed nomination cards are available at the central office and campus officers. Recipients will receive district recognition with a thank you card, a token of appreciation, their names published on the district website, and chance to be considered for the “Hays High Five Employee of the Year” award at the district annual award reception.
The Annual Employee Recognition Program supports the Hays CISD Board of Trustees’ goal to celebrate outstanding customer service of those who contribute to student achievement and the district’s positive culture. This is a sister program that compliments the annual Teacher of the Year event. Nominations must be submitted by April 15.
