Authorities asked for the public’s help in locating the boy after they say his non-custodial but biological mother lured him from his home Monday and fled with him. Law enforcement believed the child was in danger, given what they said was Cotton’s extensive criminal history.
Cotton was taken into custody in Oklahoma for the Hays County charges of Burglary Felony 1 and Interference with Child Custody.
HCSO said Cotton went to the home of the child’s biological father and the family notified the authorities.
