Enrique Perales, 74 passed away on November 7, 2013 at his home in Kyle, TX. He was born July 15, 1939 in Santa Rosa, TX to the late Weleste and Lorenza Perales.
Mr. Perales had a strong faith and had served as a minister in Ross, TX. He was an active member of the Primera Iglesia Bartista in Kyle. He retired after many years with the Hays County road department.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Altagracia Perales. He is also survived by his daughters: Anna Carrasco and husband, Rudy from North Richland Hills, TX; Alice Vela and husband Jesse from Kyle and Estela Sanchez and husband Juan from Kyle; sons, Joe Peralez and wife, Rebecca from Buda, TX, Rene Peralez and wife Elizabeth from Kyle,TX and Jerry Peralez and wife, Veronica from Buda,TX. He will be missed by his grandchildren: Jeremy, Cassie, Celinda, Roxanna, Marrina, Isaac, Abraham, R.J., Eliseo and Eliana plus great-grandchild, Faith. Also surviving him are his brothers, Ramon and Benino Perales and sisters, Margarita Trevino and Maria Martinez.
Services were held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Kyle. Officiating the service was nephew, Servando Peralez from San Benito, TX. Eliud Peralez, Reyes Peralez, Jr. and Rudy Carrasco performed worship songs. Serving as pallbearers were grandsons; Jeremy Carrasco, Isaac Peralez, and Abraham Ramirez, nephews Joel Perales, Eliud Perales and Reyes Peralez, Jr.
