Kyle Fire Department cleans up the scene following an accident Thursday night. Susan Gale Ballarini was on a bicycle heading south on FM 150 West. As she was turning left in the 800 block, a car driven by Joseph Michael Gudell ran into her. According to police, she was thrown onto the hood of the car, then fell to the ground. She was transported to Seton Medical Center Hays. No update on her condition was available at press time.
