Patricia “Trish” Holloway-Villarreal (1957-2013)

Patricia “Trish” Holloway-Villarreal, 56, of Kyle, TX, passed away on Nov. 23, 2013, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.  Trish was born in Port Arthur, Texas, but resided in Corpus Christi for most of her life.  She and her husband, Gustavo “Gus” Villarreal, then moved to Kyle.

Trish was a loving wife, mother and nana who loved spending time with her family and had a smile that would light up a room.

She loved unconditionally and was always forgiving. She drew her strength from our Lord, Jesus Christ, and from her family, especially her six grandchildren. Her family was by her side until she went to be with the Lord. She will be missed more than words can express, but is now pain free and dancing with Jesus in heaven.

She is survived by her husband, Gus, her children, Jeremy Holloway (Raquel), Jessica Crossen (Michael), grandchildren, Amaya, Brodie, and Waylon Holloway, Kaedon, Brady, and Mason Crossen, her mother, Erma Harvey her father, Richard Barta and her sister, Cheryl Stubblefield (John). She is also survived by stepsons, Brian Villarreal (fiancée Jessica), Justin Villarreal (Tara), and step-grandchildren, Gracie and Jordan.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 27 at Fellowship at Plum Creek, 160 Grace Street, Kyle, TX, 78640 at 10 a.m. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. with the burial immediately following at Live Oak Cemetery in Buda.
