Jackson Tyler Norris Skate Park opens in Buda
The city of Buda is hosting the grand opening of the Jackson Tyler Norris Memorial Skate Park this Saturday. Enjoy refreshments and entertainment while the Roger Skateboards Team performs. There will also be a skateboarding exhibition. The grand opening celebration takes place from noon- 3 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Jackson Tyler Norris Memorial Skate Park in Buda.
Boy Scouts help host toy drive
Boy Scout Troop 967 will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the Hays County Brown Santa Program during Budafest. Toys collected will be distributed to families in Hays County. Drop off new, unwrapped toys beginning at 10 a.m. Dec. 7 in downtown Buda.
