Above, an onlooker gazes at an 18-wheeler that overturned at the intersection of the southbound IH-35 frontage road and South Loop 4, near the Buda/Kyle city limits on Tuesday morning. Kyle Police said the driver was transported to a local hospital, but was reported as uninjured. In an unrelated accident, the Kyle Fire Department responded to a call at approximately 1:05 a.m. Tuesday. It was a rollover wreck involving an 18-wheeler. According to Battalion Chief Mike Vasil, the driver lost control and ran off the highway. The vehicle rolled over. The driver was transported to the hospital.
