Four members of the Dahlstrom Middle School Band were named to the All-Region Orchestra; bassoonist Elizabeth Gibson, French horn players Cade Smith and Aaron Barlow, and trombonist Harlan Hofeldt landed what district officials say is an unprecedented four spots.
It’s been an exceptional year for the Mustangs, who started the fall semester audition process with a record-breaking 38 students earning All-District honors. Of those, 24 qualified to advance to Region auditions. The Dahlstrom All-Region Orchestra honorees (above) include Aaron Barlow, Harlan Hofeldt, and Cade Smith.
