Hopkins Street entrance to county courthouse improved for easier access

The Hopkins Street entrance to the Hays County Courthouse was recently retrofitted with a push-button automatic door and a re-graded, smooth concrete walkway to enable easier access to persons with mobility issues. The courthouse is home to many county offices, including veteran services, Justice of the Peace 1-1, county judge and Precinct 1 commissioner, among others.
