Lehman High School announced this week its large number of AP Scholar honors. The honors reflect AP testing students who have received scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams. Eight members of the current Class of 2014 scored honors, as did twenty-seven of their counterparts in the now-graduated Class of 2013. One of the current class, Alexandria Fajardo, and six of the Class of 2013 received higher level honors, based on their higher test scores. Graduate Matthew Harris achieved National AP Scholar honors, the only Hays CISD student to accomplish the feat.
Class of 2013 honorees included National AP Scholar Matthew Harris; AP Scholars with Distinction Journey Adkins, Matthew Harris, Albert Marzullo, and Muhammad Usman; AP Scholar with Honor Matthew Cruz; and AP Scholars Meagan Blauth, Andrew Byrne, Andres Castro, Marco Garcia, Kyle Grover, Claire Hutson, Ashley Jimenez, Derek Lopez, Lauren Lumague, Jessica Maffett, Laura Marshall, Jose Moreno, Kacy Petersen, Michael Robles, Mary Rodebaugh, Victoria Salinas, Angelica Solis, Victoria Van Wart, Patrick Villarreal, Caitlin Walsh, and Taylor Wampler.
