Here, Hays High’s Madison McCauley serves to Seguin on Friday. Tuesday night saw the end of the district schedule for Hays and Lehman volleyball. Lehman fell to Boerne Champion in straight sets, ending its season at 11-18, 2-11 in district. Hays clinched third place in 27-4A with a four-set victory on the road Tuesday against Kerrville Tivy (25-17, 25-16, 23-25, 25-19). Hays completes district with a 10-4 record. The Lady Rebels travel to New Braunfels for a tune-up match at 6 p.m. Friday before beginning the playoffs next week. They are slated to play the 28-4A runner up, San Antonio Highlands.
