Debora Eichman, secretary at Fuentes Elementary School in Kyle, wrote in to let us know that the campus’ track fund continues to grow – even if slowly. Eichman said Tegan Sanford came into her office with a huge toothless grin and $3 in her hand. Eichman could tell she was a little nervous.
Tegan said, “I lost a tooth last night and the tooth fairy gave me $3.” Eichman replied, “Wow, that’s great!” Tegan proceeded to tell her, “I want to give my $3 to the track!” Eichman told the student how proud everyone is of her. “Our track fund is growing slowly but it is growing,” she said. The school also received a check from one board member who wanted to do their part. Fuentes also received parent donations.
