STAFF REPORT
In accordance with PEC’s Bylaws, each year the Cooperative holds a meeting of the members in June. At the annual meeting, PEC members receive reports from PEC staff regarding the Cooperative’s activities during the past year. The meeting also brings the annual Board election to a close. Members can vote at the meeting.
The meeting will take place at the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center on Kohler’s Crossing. Registration and voting is from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. Family-friendly activities are from 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. The business meeting begins at 10:30 a.m.
Door prizes will be given away, including a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck (the truck is a retired PEC vehicle), the new Apple iPad, an Energy Star French-door refrigerator, and an Energy Star front-loading washer and dryer (dryer not rated by Energy Star).
Refreshments will be served.
