Benson Gary Wells, age 70, of Kyle, peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012. He was born on January 5, 1942 in Fort Worth to Benson and Maiella Wells.
He was actively involved with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Gary is survived by his wife Barbara Wells of Kyle, son Greg Wells and fiancé Kathleen Mitchell of Wimberely, daughters Melissa Wells of Wimberely, Kristina Landry and husband Mark currently in the Philippines, Robin Wells of Austin; grandchildren; Benson, Stephen, Hayden, Makay, Ryan, Madelyn, Kyndle; sisters Marilyn Belknap and husband Jim of Goliad, Tx. and many friends.
Visitation was held at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Funeral services were held Monday, December 17, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Kyle Stake Center. Graveside service followed at the Glendale Cemetery in Goliad, Tx.
