Wander the unique antique and specialty shops filled with romantic treasures, have a delicious dinner at one of the downtown restaurants and cafes and then create handmade Valentines at the Buda Public Library, Downtown Buda, 5 to 9 p.m., Thursday.
Cuttin’ Footloose, Feb. 2-4!
Students from across the district perform the popular musical, Footloose, about a high school boy and his move to a small town. The musical will be performed at the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center February 2-4 at 7 p.m. with a Saturday matinee at 2 p.m. Reserved tickets are available by calling 268-8443. Free Gun Safety class for kids at Cabela’s, Feb. 5
A class for Kinder-garten through sixth grade kids will teach them how to react if they find a gun in the house or outside. There will also be a McGruff the Crime Dog video. Cabela’s upstairs meeting room, 1-2:30 p.m., Sunday.
