GUBBINS-SETGAST
Talia A. Gubbins-Setgast, 77, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012 at her home in Niederwald after a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey Gubbins; two daughters, Linda McCarthy and Tina McCarthy both of Kansas; four sisters and one brother, LaVaughn Davis of South Carolina, LaVerne Green of Illinois, Deloris Dahl of Indiana, Silvia Quan of Oregon and Larry Setgast also of Oregon. She has two granddaughters, both of Missouri; 17 nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and nephews.
Talia was born November 27, 1934 in Junction City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ester Setgast-Warrner, her father, Herman Setgast and one nephew, Craig Green.
Talia will be cremated and her remains will be taken to Fort Riley Cemetery in Kansas.
