I want to thank Hays County Commissioner Mark Jones, Mr. Vandevorde of Hays County Transportation, and the Hays County employees that did the work necessary to fix the drainage issue near my house. I believe the work you did will make it possible for the drainage to contain the water in future downpours. You and your staff did an amazing job!
I also want to express my appreciation for the response of officials from the City of Kyle, Harper Wilder, Public Works Director, James Earp, CPM, City Manager Lanny Lambert, Steven Widacki, and Jimmy Haverda, you all showed concern and some of you met with me at the site, communicating openly with me, and sharing the information needed.
I know you all have an overwhelming amount of issues to respond to and it’s impressive the timely manner you dealt with this need. You were all on the same page and I appreciate the effort.
