Hays County Sheriff Gary Cutler and former Sheriff Don Montague present a $1,000 check from the Sheriff’s Scholarship Golf Tournament to Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) representative Norma Castilla-Blackwell. CASA trains volunteers who are appointed by a judge to promote the best interests of children who have suffered abuse and/or neglect.
