Emily Cherkitz, 14, of Kyle has been reported as running away from home.

The Kyle Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emily Cherkitz, 14, who was reported as a runaway on February 26.
It was reported that Emily Cherkitz (DOB 09/19/1997) left her residence voluntarily.
Emily was last seen wearing black jeans, a purple shirt, and a multi-colored belt when she left her residence. Police have received reports that Emily has been seen in various areas of Austin. If located please contact your local police department.

The girl also briefly disappeared nearly two years ago, according to a news brief published May 11, 2010, in the Hays Free Press.
