Retired Hays CISD teachers Marjie Kelley, left, and Betty Harrison, right, traveled to Budapest, Vienna and Prague earlier this month and were able to rendezvous with their Italian friend Chiara Baroni in Regensburg, Germany outside the oldest sausage restaurant in Regensburg where they had a sausage and sauerkraut lunch. Kelley says, “Our smiles are big because it was a perfect day: a lovely town, sunny weather, a private tour of Chiara’s uniquely historic home, a tasty lunch, and LOTS of shopping!”
