Hays County Precinct 2 Office temporarily without phone or email service

July 9 - The office of Judge Beth Smith, Precinct 2, located at 5458 FM 2770, is temporarily without phone and email service. Smith said she thinks phone and email will be out for at least a few hours, beginning at about 11 a.m. Smith said a Time-Warner cable was cut taking out the communication system. The office is open for business.
