Cale Baese of Kyle, center, was honored for Dedicated Community Service through Modern Woodmen of America’s Hometown Heroes Program. In recognition of his efforts, members of Modern Woodmen’s Kyle/San Marcos chapter Bill Simonet, left and William Pauley presented Baese with a certificate and awarded a $100 grant to “Hope & Love 4 Kids,” the charitable organization of his choice.
