Intangibles: Lehman finally found a way to put some points on the scoreboard against one of the tougher District 27-4A foes they’ll face this season, last Friday at Seguin. The only problem is 21 points isn’t going to be near enough if you give up 40. Another problem for the Lobos is they’ll get an even tougher test this week when an angry Tivy team invades Shelton Stadium, coming off their first district loss since 2009. Lehman needs to score early and try to keep the game close if the Lobos want a chance to pull off the upset in the fourth quarter.
Hays Free Press prediction: Tivy 35, Lehman 13
