Billie Jo Estepp Hair, of Buda, passed away on April 3, 2012 at the age of 76. Billie was born August 31, 1935 in Burnet County, Texas. She spent the last 48 years taking care of children. She cared for children in her home and retired from the Day Care at Kinney Ave. Baptist Church after 40 years in August 2010.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Mary Estepp and her sister, Mary L. Telander. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Loval Hair; four daughters, Pat Foster, Debbie Roberts (Gene), Cathy Hair (Lonnie) and Sandra Griffin. She had six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held April 6, 2012 at Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca.
