RE: Editorial cartoon, April 21
I found this to be offensive and out of character for the paper.
Since when can someone become the judge of a person and picture him with devils and in hell????? If this is the case, this individual must be the Lord. Only Jesus knows the true character of the person that is being judged in this picture. We were not at the event that transpired and cannot be judges.
Yes, a court of law, 12 jurors, I should say found him guilty. I do believe that they thought if they did not there would have been riots all over the nation from coast to coast. So now our justice system has been comprised too.
I hope this nation can heal and that the Lord will have mercy on all of us at the end of our lives. Only HE can make that final decision.
