Provident Memory Care of Kyle celebrates new ownership

The Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the addition of its newest member, Provident Memory Care, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 30 at the Provident Memory Care residence in Buda.


Chamber members and Kyle Chamber board members and ambassadors were in attendance for the event.


Kyle Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Ray Hernandez, welcomed and introduced everyone to Jenny Castillo, Provident’s Regional Supervisor and Executive Director, as well as her management team: Dana Tatum, Owner; Kris Johnson, Controller; Kim Terracina, outgoing Marketing Director; Brooke Boggs, incoming Marketing Director; and Judy Burdett, Activity Director.


Jenny Castillo presented an overview of what services Provident Memory Care offers and how their program works.


The certified Alzheimer’s assisted living for 22 dementia residents opened its door in September 2010 under the name Arveda Alzheimer’s Family Care. Last year it was purchased by new owners who changed the name to Provident Memory Care.


Provident Memory Care also provides assisted living in SW Austin and Livingston, TX.
