As Spring Break vacation approaches, here is a reminder that for students and parents alike, underage drinking can cause serious legal and social consequences. Just recently a Hays High School student was suspected of driving drunk, landing himself and another driver in the hospital.
Fines are hefty for Minor in Possession (MIP) as well as providing alcohol to a minor. But the biggest cost comes when drunk driving kills someone.
Enjoy Spring Break, if you are under 21, don’t drink, and if you are 21 or over, don’t drink and drive. We want you back.
