For over half a century, the China Painting Teachers of Texas have gathered four times a year to encourage teachers to broaden their talents with new ideas, to raise the standards of china painting in Texas and to bring in outside artists to demonstrate their techniques. On June 6-8, CPTT will be holding a workshop at the Hampton Inn on Cabela’s Drive just west of IH 35 in Buda. The public is welcome to drop by and view the artwork and watch the process of porcelain art with two dozen Texas teachers painting with Louisiana artist, Letha Sandifer.
