A 60-year-old Austin man is in jail for allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl behind a Kyle home, court records show.
Rodolfo Cisneros has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. He faces between five to 99 years in prison if convicted.
On March 6, Cisneros reportedly took the young girl, a close relative, inside a shed in the backyard and sexually assaulted her. Afterward, the girl told another family member what Cisneros had done, an arrest affidavit says.
Cisneros was arrested April 26 and is still in custody at Hays County Jail on a $200,000 bond, according to jail records.
