Emil Wisian Jr., formerly of the Niederwald community and with several relatives in the Uhland community, passed away in Bakersfield, CA. He made a trip to Texas with his wife, Connie, a few weeks ago and visited with nieces, nephews and sister in this area. A group met at Cracker Barrel in Buda for a reunion. After returning home, he was hospitalized and did not win the battle this time. Several of his nieces, nephews and sister, Ellie Schawe, attended the funeral.
