On Friday morning November 16 funeral services for Annie Karnstadt were held in St. John Lutheran Church with Pastor David Goeke, liturgist and Rev. Roger A. Hotopp as preacher. Interment was in the Uhland Live Oak Cemetery. She is survived by her children, Nancy Smith (Edward), Gordon Sassman (Janice), Grace Jeffrey (Roy), nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A luncheon was held at St. John Fellowship Hall, hosted by the Women’s Guild, after the committal service.
