Justin’s family is holding a benefit BBQ this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Advance Auto Parts at 601 W. Slaughter Lane in south Austin to help pay for soaring medical expenses. For $8, guests can get a plate of BBQ, side dishes, dessert and a drink.

Bass-Fishing Tournament
The Spring 2012 Bass Fishing Tournament annual charity is open to all adults with a valid Texas Freshwater Fishing License. Compete for largemouth bass to win a two night stay in Rockport and a guided fishing trip, trophies and door prizes. Proceeds benefit the Hooked on Fishing Kid’s Clinic and Derby in June, a free program which supplies kids with fishing equipment and teaches them how to fish. Call 262-3939.
