Kathryn “Kate” Herzog Johnston passed away Friday, July 20, 2012 from complications following an extended illness. She was born in Houston, Tx on October 21, 1950.
Kate was predeceased by husband Daniel H. Johnston and her father Walter Herzog Jr. She is survived by her mother Norma Rennie Herzog, her brother Robert Norman Herzog, both of Houston, Tx and brother Larry Herzog of San Francisco, CA., niece Melissa Wells of Albuquerque, NM and nephew Christopher Herzog of College Station, Tx and many cousins and loving friends both in Kyle, Tx and Houston, Tx. She will be remembered fondly for her loyalty, faith, tolerance and great heart.
Services will be held in Houston and a time to be determined at a later date.
