Hays High School’s Thespian Troupe 6612, known around campus as the “Hays No Name Players,” took part in the Texas State Chapter International Thespian Society (ITS) Festival in Houston Nov. 29 - Dec. 1. As a result, two groups of students will advance to next summer’s National ITS Festival in Lincoln, Neb., a stage that annually features thousands of young thespians from across the country. The advancing Reb groups include Abe Hernandez, Charles Snoddy and Beth Mensing in “Group Scene” and Alaina Maderal and Dylan Fall in “Duet Musical.” The group includes (back, l-r) Snoddy, Hernandez, Mensing and (front, l-r) Fall and Maderal.
