Knowing how your newspaper values truth in advertising, I would like to correct a statement in the ad run by James Halbert, PEC Candidate.
When he stated that “Both of my opponents favor mandating “green energy” into the PEC without any regard for your electric rates,” he spoke incorrectly. Mark Mayfield has stressed his commitment to the PEC members and the PEC employees. He has also stated that he will not support “green energy” at the expense of the PEC members.
