Larry Rondle Dever passed away unexpectedly on June 11, 2011 at the age of 61. He was born in Plainview, Texas on April 27, 1950 to Mrs. Billye G. Dever and the late Mr. Robert D. Dever. Rondle was a member of the 1968 graduating class of Buda High School and served in the U.S. Navy attaining the rank of E5. On December 30, 1992, he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Gilmore-Crider in Georgetown, Texas. For the past 15 years, he resided in Henderson, Nevada and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 520 Austin and the IBEW Local 357 Las Vegas.
Rondle is survived by his mother Billye G. Dever of Buda; his wife Elizabeth; his son Ryan of Henderson, Nevada; his son Robert; his daughter Laurie; and his granddaughter Chelise; his brother Kevin Dever; and his sister Sonya Dekle, all of Austin. He is further survived by five nephews, two nieces, four great nephews, and five great nieces. His father, Robert D. Dever, of Kingsland, Texas, preceded him in death.
