Hays’ Daryl Burrell clears a personal and school record 16-feet, 1-inch to capture the Pole Vault B Division title at the prestigious Texas Relays last weekend. Burrell also won the District 27-4A title at Canyon High on Tuesday, as the Rebels swept the boys division, with Mason Gill finishing second and Devon Lambeck finishing third.
